Annika CailMs. Cail is Managing Director with Deal Value, a FinTech platform that makes the due diligence process more transparent, systematic, and efficient to increase successful deal Ms. Cail is a member of the executive leadership team and focuses on strategic partnerships and revenue growth strategies. Additionally Ms. Cail serves on the board of directors which focuses on Deal Value’s growth objectives and strategizing future direction of the Company.

Prior to Deal Value Ms. Cail served as Vice President for Commerce Street Capital. She was tasked with institutional development of a long only investment management strategy designed to acquire, invest, manage, and build-up investment with complementary product lines. She builds and maintains extensive client relationships and is successful in raising millions in capital for private equity managers, and private placements with family offices, foundations/endowments, consultants and university investors.

Ms. Cail has over 15+ years of progressive business and operations experience serving as a leadership team member with significant experience in business development and fundraising. Her background also includes direct responsibility for P & L, business development, strategic planning, and overall management and administration of lower middle market privately held companies.

As an Executive Committee Member of The University of Southwestern Medical Center Foundation- Annika serves on the Presidents Council- Marketing Committee and Cary Council Executive Committee. Her reputation as a known fundraiser and civic leader is based on years of philanthropy including 2018 Cattle Barons Steering Committee Member, 2016 Co-Chair Ronald McDonald House Trains at North Park Center, Co-Chair 2015 Junior League of Dallas Auction & Casino, Co-Chair 2015 The United Way 90th Anniversary Concert & After Party, Dallas International School Capital Campaign Committee, Co-Chair 2014 The Partners Card and The Entrepreneur Organization (EO) member.

Annika obtained an honors B.A. from The University of Missouri-Kansas City and holds a FINRA Series 7 and 66.
